William Mondello

William Mondello is a seasoned strategy, marketing, and innovation consultant facilitating connections between America and Europe’s businesses and public institutions through his 15 years of experience driving growth and innovation in international markets.

Since 2018, Mondello has been Brand USA’s Director of France and French-speaking markets. His achievements include leading a Marketing, Public Relations, and Trade team, with a $1m annual budget, resulting in +10% French visitations and +6% increase in average spend within three years, and full recovery within two. In 2021, he advised a NASDAQ-listed company in their strategy, contributing to the creation of a new travel and tourism Web 3 and Metaverse division.

His former tenures include working for Santa Monica Travel, Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board, BNP Paribas, and Disneyland Paris. His creative marketing skills, knowledge about France specificities, and access to his connections within both French and American industries, are now offered to businesses and public organizations which seek to create value in new territories. In addition, he has creative digital marketing, content creation and social media experience.

William Mondello graduated from an Executive MBA in 2022 from HEC Paris, rated by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s top business schools.

He lives in Paris with his American wife and cat.

Marion Certain

Marion has evolved in the Tourism industry for the last 7 years, after spending 3,5 years abroad in Alaska, Canada and Australia.

Marion has actively supported American and Canadian territories - at local, regional and national levels - in their development in European French-speaking markets. Currently serving as the Manager Trade, France for Brand USA, Marion’s former tenures include working for Bonjour Québec, Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau, Royal Commission for AlUla (Saudi Arabia), Atout France and the Tech Tour Operator Worldia.

Marion holds Economics and Tourism Management degrees from University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Excelia Business School.

Proud Canadian Permanent Resident, Marion is currently living between Paris, Normandie and Canada, offering her knowledge, creative marketing skills and connections within French, Canadian and American industries to businesses and public organizations.

Geoffrey Duval

Geoffrey Duval

With 25 years of experience in tourism, communication, business, and the arts, Geoffrey Duval is a seasoned professional in the industry.

Prior to joining Mondello Enterprise, Geoffrey took on dual roles as a Digital Editor and Publications Director for the magazine Voyages et Stratégie while continuing to consult for various tourism and other sector companies. Geoffrey served as B2B Sales Director for Royal Caribbean Cruises, and Project Manager and Partnership Director for PONANT, a luxury cruise company, where he was recruited to launch the Alaska destination. He spent 10 years as Sales Director for the tour operator Jetset Voyages. Geoffrey began his career as Travel Manager and Seminar Coordinator for the Carrefour Group before moving on to become a Sales Manager for Vacances Air Canada, the tour operator of the airline.

A significant highlight of Geoffrey's career is his 12-year tenure on the board of Visit USA in France, including six years as President. During this time, he promoted the United States to B2C, B2B, and media audiences, managed the annual budget, developed and implemented the annual communication and marketing plan, and maintained relations with the press, professionals, the U.S. Embassy in Paris, and the U.S. Tourism Office.

After living in South America during his childhood, Geoffrey now resides in Paris where he indulges his passion for theater by regularly performing on stage.
