The Very Good Trip Sales Challenge, in collaboration with Visiteurs, proved instrumental in amplifying Brand USA's outreach to 24,000 French travel trade professionals. Not only did it enhance sales from a mere 400 agents to the US between February and April 2023, but it also spotlighted Brand USA's organization and toolkits, notably the esteemed USA Discovery Program. A major highlight was rewarding the top 12 travel agents with an exclusive Fam trip to NYC, Philadelphia & the Countryside, and Washington, D.C. in partnership with French Bee.

Strategic Approach and Achievements

To bolster US visitations from France and encourage exploration beyond primary locations, we strategically engaged travel agents to champion the advantages of geographic diversity. Through exhaustive training sessions, webinars, e-learning drives, and incentives for Tier 2 destination sales, we collaborated with Visiteurs to drive the sales challenge. This endeavor not only cultivated 400 well-versed travel agents but also stirred engagement with partners like Evasions USA and United Airlines, yielding 1,200 lucrative opt-ins. The campaign resulted in making travel to Tier 2 destinations more appealing, generating a notable 2,370 passengers.

By creatively blending education, excitement, and incentives, the Very Good Trip Sales Challenge brought a fresh wave of interest in exploring the lesser-known gems of the United States. The impact of this campaign reverberates as a testament to the power of strategic collaborations in broadening horizons and driving market growth.
